How to add an image in WYSIWYG

1)

Left click the mouse in the WYSIWYG box where you would like to place the image. Then click the Image button from the panel.

2)

Now click on the 'Browse Server' button to select the image.

3)

The large box in the middle of the pop-up (labeled 'images currently on website') will display all the images that you currently have uploaded onto your website. Click on the 'Browse...' button to search your computer for the image you would like to upload.

4)

Once you have selected the image from your computer, click the 'Open' button.

5)

Click the 'Upload' button to upload the selected image to your website.

6)

Once the image has successfully uploaded to your website, the image name will appear on the screen. Click the image once.

7)

Now you will see a preview of your image in the screen. You will also notice a dropdown menu called 'Align'. This allows you to align the image with your text in different ways. After you select an alignment you can see how your text will react to the image in the preview window. Click the 'OK' button when you are complete. You can also add Alternate text to your image, set a border width (which may or may not display on the page depending on your design), HSpace (Left/Right padding on your image) and VSpace (Top/Bottom padding on your image).

8)

Remember to save your page when you are done.
