Content Management System (CMS)

All STP Ventures' websites come with a Content Management System so our clients get control of their content 24/7. Every page and feature can be edited by the CMS with the click of a button. If you can use Microsoft Word you can edit your pages. Some of the features included in the CMS are font styles (color, weight, size, italic, underline, strike and more), alignment, bullet lists, add images and if you are comfortable with HTML code you can even add code to the page. The CMS was built with the Real Estate Agent in mind; we want the editing of the site to be second nature, not a hardship.

Training

With a CMS comes training on how to use the features. The CMS was built to be easy, but with everything, there is a learning curve and at STP Ventures we strive to make the Real Estate Agent comfortable with our products. We offer initial training on the site, plus our customer service is available to assist with questions down the road. As long as the site is with us, we will offer our expertise with training.

Virtual Tours

Emerse your customers in a Virtual Tour with music. STP Ventures' Real Estate Website's offer our experienced photographer to photograph your properties if you don't have the equipment necessary. The tours are best utilized when you have larger images (ie. not the standard MLS sizes that are viewed on the web).

** Simply add the URL that is supplied to you to your MLS listing and the Tour will show up on all the websites that display your feed.
