This is a browser based remote controller that allows us take control of any machine, anywhere at any ti me with permission from the user. The process of connecting remotely takes less than 30 seconds. This technology allows our Support Team the same capability on the computer as if they were standing in front of it. Less than 1 minute from the time an issue is reported by your employees, we can be logged into the machine and working to resolve the issue.
